A spontaneous afternoon in the field with my two wildings

Here I take you on a journey from being in the garden admiring the light of the setting sun, turned to a quick “let’s get the camera and get some snaps up in the field” with my two wildings.

We had been out for a day at nature play and op-shopping and were a bit of a mess, half undressed and messy hair - but that didn’t stop me capturing these moments in time and having a beautiful moment with my two while they are young and free.

I had lost my self timer clicker that I usually use for my self portraiture - so the images you see here including myself and taken using the camera on a tripod and the 10second self timer mode while running between.

I love the thrill of a self portrait in this way and how we can so easily capture the dances between that then become a beautiful candid memory.
